Bio:
Ben is a senior at UNR where he is completing his Bachelors degree in Health Ecology. Ben has much knowledge in the areas of human anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, exercise physiology, and athletic injuries. Being interested in fitness throughout his life, Ben has excelled in football, track and field, and in weight lifting competitions. Because of his experience Ben knows the commitment it takes to achieve long-term goals. Ben takes pride in helping people achieve a better quality of life through health and fitness.
