Bio:
Shanti takes enormous pride in making a positive impact on improving clients’ lives through physical fitness and nutrition counseling. Shanti helps clients establish goals and create healthy living habits that make exercise worthwhile and invigorating. He believes everyone has the power to be fit and healthy; they just need the proper knowledge and motivation. Shanti is a mentor, leader, motivator, trainer, and friend to all of his clients. Shanti trains using the effort principal: “you get out what you put in” and encourages fulfillment of personal accomplishments.
Shanti spent 4 years in the Active Duty Air Force where he loaded munitions on jet fighter aircraft, trained and evaluated compliance of loading tasks, and planned, designed, and ran group physical fitness. Being a physical training leader, he was held to the highest standard in fitness, and expected no less from his troops. Fitness for Shanti is not just a hobby; it is a lifestyle at which he continues to excel. |
