Troy Fontana is the owner of Fontana Fitness Personal Training Studio located at the beautiful Sparks Marina. Troy has published over 50 health and fitness related articles, including contributions to national publications, E-newsletters, Christian Times Today, and Personal Fitness Professional. Troy currently writes a monthly column for the Reno Gazette Journal. He is in the final stages of having his first book published. Troy is a guest author for Your Balanced Body, Your Balanced Life, an electrifying ebook compiled from the nation’s leading fitness professionals. Weekly, he is the featured guest on talk radio station 99.1FM and is the publisher of his own monthly newsletter, The Perspective, which is emailed to numerous recipients.

Troy is an accomplished athlete himself, having played college football and competed in amateur boxing, wrestling, soccer, and baseball at the local, state and regional championship levels. He now competes in Triathlons and other endurance competitions.
