The All-Star Workout is a circuit-influenced group workout conducted by one of our professional trainers on Monday and Wednesday evenings designed to work your muscles at a cardio-pace.
The Saturday morning Boot Camp is a calisthenics-based, fast-pace workout that will help you blast calories and tone up!
Yogalates is our unique hybrid of Yoga and Pilates. Conducted after the Boot Camp on Saturday mornings, this workout will bring the perfect balance to your body's needs with increased core attention and flexibility.
