"Since the third grade, I have always had a weight problem. There have been countless times that I have tried to lose weight without any success. Even after getting my first personal trainer, I began to see results, but none of them stayed for too long.
"Then my dad picked up a card advertising a boot camp at Fontana Fitness. My mom insisted I tried going there, but I said no, not really wanting to go into a group setting. Looking into the place a little more, my mom decided to pay for a personal trainer. So, weighing 173 pounds, I went to Fontana, and it was then that I met Karim. Everything began to change at that moment. Not only did I begin to see results, but I also realized that my goal were aiming toward the wrong destination.
